Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DV8 Technologies handles information when our technology, automation and integration tools connect to third-party services, including Google services through OAuth.
Google account information we may access
Access depends on the permissions that a user explicitly grants. A configured automation may request access to:
- Google Calendar: calendars, events and related event details needed to read, create, update or synchronize calendar information.
- Google Drive: files, folders, metadata and file content needed to locate, read, create, update or organize files for an authorized workflow.
- Gmail: message content, headers, metadata, labels and related mailbox information needed for an authorized email workflow.
- Basic Google account information: identity or account information supplied by Google as part of authorization and permission management.
We request only the permissions needed for the specific automation or integration being configured.
How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to perform the automation or integration requested by the authorized user. Examples include reading or updating a calendar event, locating or updating a Drive file, or processing an email as part of a configured workflow. Data may also be used in a limited way to troubleshoot, secure or maintain those workflows.
Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials and access tokens may be stored by the automation platform or supporting systems controlled by DV8 Technologies so that an authorized workflow can continue to operate. Workflow execution logs may temporarily contain limited metadata or content required to complete or troubleshoot an automation.
We do not intentionally create long-term copies of Google user data unless the purpose of the authorized workflow specifically requires data to be stored. Where a workflow does store information, it is retained only for the operational purpose of that workflow and is protected using reasonable administrative and technical controls.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with advertisers. Information may be processed by service providers and infrastructure used to operate the authorized integration, such as Google, the automation platform, and systems operated for DV8 Technologies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of our systems.
Google API Limited Use
DV8 Technologies’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking Google access
You can revoke previously granted Google access at any time from your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents the associated OAuth credential from obtaining new Google user data. You can also ask DV8 Technologies to disconnect a configured integration.
Manage third-party connections in your Google Account
Security
We limit access to systems and credentials used for integrations and use technical controls appropriate to the systems involved. No Internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but access is restricted to the purposes required to operate and maintain the authorized automation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our integrations or data practices change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
