Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the DV8 Technologies website, integrations, automation workflows, and related technology services made available by DV8 Technologies. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
DV8 Technologies provides technology, automation, infrastructure, software, and systems-integration services. Some services may connect to third-party platforms, including Google services, when an authorized user chooses to enable an integration.
Specific functionality depends on the workflow or integration being configured. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as our services evolve.
2. Google and third-party integrations
DV8 Technologies may offer integrations with services such as Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Gmail. These integrations operate only after the relevant account holder authorizes access through the provider’s authentication and consent process.
The permissions requested by an integration are intended to be limited to those needed for the user-requested feature or workflow. Depending on the configured workflow, authorized actions may include reading, creating, updating, organizing, or synchronizing information within the connected service.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations. DV8 Technologies is not responsible for changes made by a third-party provider that affect an integration.
3. Authorization and account access
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect any account, mailbox, calendar, file repository, or other service that you authorize DV8 Technologies to access.
You may revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account third-party connections settings. Revoking access may cause features that depend on that authorization to stop working.

4. Privacy and Google user data
Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the DV8 Technologies Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
DV8 Technologies’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when configuring an integration and to use the services only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, credentials, devices, and any permissions you grant to third-party services.
You are responsible for reviewing automated actions and outputs before relying on them where an error could have financial, operational, legal, safety, or other significant consequences.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the services to gain unauthorized access to an account or system, violate applicable law, interfere with or damage systems, bypass security controls, distribute malicious software, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use data in a manner inconsistent with the permissions granted by the data owner.
7. Service availability
We work to provide reliable services, but availability may depend on networks, hosting providers, third-party APIs, credentials, software updates, and other systems outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the DV8 Technologies name, website content, software, documentation, and original materials provided by DV8 Technologies are owned by or licensed to DV8 Technologies. Third-party names, trademarks, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-party services
Links and integrations with third-party services are provided for convenience and functionality. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable third party’s terms and privacy practices. DV8 Technologies does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DV8 Technologies does not warrant that every automation, integration, output, or third-party connection will always be accurate, available, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DV8 Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party service failures, unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control, or a user’s reliance on an automation without appropriate review. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a service when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, data, or third parties; to comply with law; to address misuse; or when a service or integration is discontinued. You may stop using the services at any time and may revoke connected-account authorization through the applicable third-party provider.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, integrations, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
